It's the Elevated Garden of Lower Queen Anne. Lower Queen Anne is getting a P-Patch, and the City of Seattle is offering unending Community Service Hours to Center School students with an interest in gardening, landscaping and environmental design, urban planning, etc! The P-Patch will be located on the roof of Mercer garage, literally steps from Center House (the big parking deck across from McCaw Hall).
